The StonkFun flywheel begins when users trade. Pools collect fees, and protocol rules determine how the resulting value is allocated. Some routes can support creator or holder rewards; project materials also describe buybacks and burns connected to STONK.

Buyback does not mean guaranteed return

A buyback is an onchain purchase according to a defined process. A burn removes acquired tokens from circulation. Both can be verified through transactions, but neither ensures that market demand will persist or that the token price will rise.

Reader note: A fee flywheel begins with usage. When trading slows, every downstream reward or buyback mechanism receives less fuel.

What to verify onchain

Analysts should identify the fee wallets, transaction signatures, receiving accounts, token mint and burn instructions. They should also distinguish the dollar value at execution from a later mark-to-market estimate. Clear methodology matters as much as a large headline number.

The sustainability question

A durable flywheel needs repeat use rather than a sequence of short speculative bursts. Launch quality, retained liquidity and diversified trading activity are stronger supporting signals than raw launch count alone.
